How We Make Work Successful

1FLEXIBLE REPAYMENT

We extend our contract duration to a 10years contract + 1year grace period for the payback of the total loan capital, The project owner (Party B) can decide to renew the contract after the 11th year in a case where the total loan capital wasn't realized.

2ORIGINATION

Presented projects undergo series of analyses such as; High-level investment thesis, High-level risks etc, This is to assess properly whether the deal should enter the pipeline.

3EVALUATION

Our professional team members ensures strictly to the evaluation of the risks, financial and legal due-diligence, and as well strategize on possible approaches to mitigate the risks.

4EXECUTION

Once approved, project financing are executed by our professional team members in conjunction with the Capital Markets and/or international collaborators who specialize in asset-purchase programs, hedging risks where required and finally deliver with utmost transparency and professionalism.
